Delete your account in Mission Impossible
If your app shows Profile → Delete account, follow its confirmation steps. If the control is unavailable in your build, or you cannot access the app, contact info@jrtechnologies.org; we may need to verify account ownership. The in-app control is intended to delete the account, not merely deactivate it.
What happens to your data
We revoke your sign-in credentials and access, remove personal content and proof, and replace text you authored in shared groups, events, missions, and proposals with neutral labels. Other players' participation, points, and times remain in shared event history, but your name is shown as Deleted User. A group with no other member is removed; active members can claim a shared group or unfinished event you administered. Open safety reports remain for review, and closed reports are removed 30 days after closure unless a documented legal hold applies. Limited billing and legal records may be retained as required. We target no more than 30 days of recoverable database history and reapply deletion after a restore. Read our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Mission+ subscriptions
In-app deletion requests cancellation of any active Mission+ subscription purchased through Stripe-hosted Checkout, revokes account access immediately, and retries cancellation if Stripe is temporarily unavailable. For a support-assisted deletion request, ask us to confirm the subscription status and cancellation path. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription. You can also manage billing through Profile → Plan and billing → Manage billing. For refund or subscription help, use your Link purchase confirmation or contact Refunds & Support.
